(More customer reviews)We've looked and hunted for kids watches that would fit my kid.This is the only watch we've found that actually fits and has a good band.Rubber bands often irritate his skin, and the velcro bands on their smallest setting, with just barely any velcro connected, the leftover would still hit the skin uncomfortably, yet the thing was still sized too large.The water proofing was so well done that it was taken swimming and worked fine.
This is actually the second time we've gotten this watch.The first time, my kid wore out the band after probably four years.It seems that only this watch and it's different color variations have the elastic band that makes it possible to fit almost any size wrist comfortably.
The functionality is a little strange compared to other digital watches.The button layout isn't what I'm used to, but it does come with all the popular features, date, time, stopwatch, countdown timer, alarm.The biggest nuisance is the parent explaining to the kid that just because the features exist doesn't mean that it is okay for the kid to set an alarm for the middle of the night.

The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer. The Night Mode feature allows you to illuminate the Indiglo night-light for 3 seconds with any button press, regardless of the mode or function.
Timex understands that kids often lose things, even their most prized possessions, which is why this watch is covered by the Timex Kids Loss Protection Plan. If the watch is lost, Timex will replace it with the same style (or similar if your style is not available) at the price of $10 for up to one year from the original date of purchase, with no questions asked.
