(More customer reviews)This is a very high tech watch with exceedingly high build quality and ruggedness. It is heavy. The design is a hybrid analog/digital with the digital display providing a second time zone, day/date/week of year, alarm, timer, and counter. Unlike most hybrids, this is an analog watch first and foremost and a digital watch second. In fact, the digital display is discrete in appearance and can be completely turned off, or reduced to just the date to make for a sleeker non-digital look. One unique feature is that the watch can be placed in hybernation mode to extend battery life. I have both the stainless steel and rubber watch bands. The rubber band is more comfortable on my skinny wrist, but the stainless band is great looking. This is an expensive looking watch which gets compliments. I also collect swiss time pieces, but this is one watch that won't get knocked off in China. It is simply too high tech and unique in design. The only downside to this watch is that making adjustments requires the manual. There is nothing intuitive about setting this watch. If you're willing to keep the manual handy and refer to it whenever you need to set the watch, I highly recommend it.
