I only had two issues with it, and that's more from the fact that I bought it online. The piece arrived in 24hr time, which is the default, and it took me a trip to my local TAG rep. to figure out how to convert it to standard North American time. In the end, it was indicated in the manual, but the manual is not very intuitive.
Secondly, the clasp on the band is pretty complex and extremely finicky, and unless you close it exactly so, it won't stay closed. Very frustrating at first. I was also a little confused by the rubber wrist band. Because it comes a standard length, to adjust it, it actually rolls into itself. I wasn't sure if I should cut it or what. Again, the jewelery advised me not to.
In an ideal world you would want a watch of this calibre to be perfect right out of the box, but I think if the manual was easier to understand and a little more informative, it wouldn't be a problem. Overall, I'm very happy with it.
