I love mine.White band and gold face is like a bangle.Definitely casual, but very unique.Very attractive.And I love the way it lists at a glance day of the week, full date year-month-day, with time including seconds ticking away, easy to read (& great for measuring heart rate if working out).This watch has alarm, settable to date, stop watch, everything one could need. My only problem - besides the tiny, tiny, tiny "PM," but we all know what that says without reading, right? - was correct instructions weren't enclosed.SO, here they are.If questions call 1-800-939-1EOS.They'll e-mail these to you.
INSTRUCTIONS
When looking at the watch, A is the button to your left, B is in the middle and C is to the right.
Time zone/date/time/alarm setting: Press A to select desired mode (Time / Alarm / Stop Watch, etc).Press & hold B to enable edit feature (number will blink).Press C to advance time zone.Press A to advance to next time increment (minutes; or month, day, year). Press B again to set.
Stop Watch operation: press A to get to stop watch mode.In stop watch mode, press C top start timer. Press C again to stop timer.Press B for split time.Press B with timer stopped to reset back to 0.
