(More customer reviews)I purchased the 70801 Heavy Water in late August.Because I use my hands 90% while working. It has always been necessary for me to have a durable watch that can withstand an occassional "hard knock".That being said, I have always owned watches that handle a fair amount of "damaging circumstances".The Reactor brand was recommended to me from a friend that does underwater welding.He has owned it for a few years and has han no problems.So, I looked for a watch that I felt met my needs.The Heavy Water seemed to be a good fit.I like the screw bar clasp attachment that Reactor uses because in the real world activities in which I wear it, I don't have to worry about the strap breaking off.I also like the scratch resistence that this watch offers.Now, the watch has several features that I will in all liklihood never use(i.e. world tide chart,etc) the bottom line is that it is tough.I also like how heavy it is.You feel confident in wearing it as a "work" watch.A feature that has been particularly useful is the air flow design.The watch is raised from the skin to allow moisture to evaporate.This, i'm sure is a great feature to those wearing it in aquatic surroundings--but it also great for persperation.This is the only watch I own that does this.. Major win for the Reactor.I have never purchased a "cheap" watch.I prefer quality regardless of price, just makes sense to me.With all of the great watches out there, i'm glad that I purchased the Heavy Water.If you are like me, you understand that you get what you pay for.I'm glad that it's hard to find a Reactor for discounted prices as it says a lot about the quality of the brand.Oh, it's also American made..Props to you Reactor on a great watch with no compromise..REACTOR Men's 70801 Heavy Water World Tide Digital Polyurethane Strap Watch
