(More customer reviews)heaven forbid if you misplace the instructions for this watch because Armiteon does not even list it on their wedsite and it is impossible to figure out the correct sequence of pushing and holding various buttons. It would be so bad but every watch they make seems to have a different arrangement for setting time, alarm, beep, stop watch, etc.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from Armitron Watches.
