I bought this as it is the most attractive dual watch (having both analog and digital display) I could find. For almost 30 years I had a Pulsar dual watch which was even better looking, but the analog part wore out and could not be repaired. The Field & Stream is a nice substitute.

It is a bit large (a disadvantage) and unfortunately the minute hand obscures the digital display when it is around half past the hour. Another disadvantage is that there is no internal light to read the watch in the dark. It does have phosphorescent hands, but after a few of hours the glow has faded so much as to be useless. It keeps respectably accurate time, but it does gain a bit over 10 seconds per month. I do not have a need for a waterproof watch, and the rubber "trailtuff" watch band could be an advantage for some but these are not relevant for me.
